OPTION 1

Let's meet for a personalized session where I will assess and tailor your own personal Face Yoga program, adapted to your needs.

 

During the 1 hour session, we will have a first Face Yoga session together.

 

Then we'll discuss your needs, your beauty routine as well as your eating and emotional habits if needed.

 

After the session, I will design three 10-min videos for you, which you will receive by email (one week of creation).

A one-hour  video call to answer all of your questions and to practise a Face Yoga session adapted to your skin.
